{tit}{cp}5% SUPERCHARGED OVERDRIVE BALANCERS HSV GTS VF V8 6.2L LSA Supercharger overdrive harmonic balancer upgrade kit is designed to enhance the LSA supercharged engine. The Powerbond overdrive harmonic balancer kit produces excellent horsepower and torque improvements over the factory level of boost and supercharger RPM. This harmonic balancer kit will increase boost by raising the RPM of your supercharger by overdriving it from the harmonic balancer. This kit does not replace the driven supercharger pulley on the supercharger snout. Testing has shown over 40 rear wheel horsepower improvement and over 3.5 lbs of boost with the 10% overdrive balancer pulley installed with the stock supercharger pulley on an otherwise stock engine. With tuning the overdrive harmonic balancer can be used alone. However further gains are possible with an upgraded fuel system and a supercharger driven pulley upgrade kit for higher boost levels. Ford confirms Fiesta EcoSport SUV debut in India
Mon, 19 Dec 2011Fiesta EcoSport SUV (rendered by Car & Driver Brazil) Ford has confirmed they will reveal an all-new vehicle planned for introduction in India and other global markets which we assume is the EcoSport SUV. A week or two back we reported that Ford in India has inadvertently posted some details about the upcoming Ford Ecosport, a high-riding compact SUV based on the same platform as the Fiesta. We speculated that the EcoSport would arrive at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi in January, and it looks like Ford has confirmed that.

Fri, 09 Oct 2009The 2011 BMW M5 caught on video near the Nurburgring Wonderful power plant though the V10 is, in these economy and emissions conscience times it is a pragmatic move by BMW to use the 4.4 litre V8 already seen in the X5M and X6M in the next generation M5. It seems almost certain if you watch this video – especially at around 3:15 where you can hear the turbos quite clearly – that forced induction is the route BMW are taking. But it seems likely that the M5 will get a few more horses than others in the BMW range using the same powerplant.
